SAIGON AT STANLEY

As its title already suggests, Saigon at Stanley is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant located on the first floor of Murray House.

Hidden away from the crowded cobbled streets of the main Stanley Promenade, Saigon at Stanley is a calm and elegant dining experience which takes diners 'back in time' to a sultry colonial era. With predominant flavors of ginger, coriander, lemongrass, basil and garlic, the Saigon at Stanley menu features carefully selected dishes including Fresh Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls ($62) , must-try Banana Flower & Chicken Salad ($76), and the restaurant specialty, Ca Nau Kieu Ha Noi “Cha Ca” or “Hanoi Style Hot Pot” ($158) with fillet of Garoupa.
