The island itself is a draw card, offering visitors invigorating walks along coastal paths and a rough granite headland where cliffs drop away to the South China Sea. The island is full of fascinating rocks with amusing names. Decide for yourself if Tortoise Rock and Supine Monk Rock look anything like their namesakes.

To get to Po Toi you can hop onto a boat from Aberdeen on Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, or one from Stanley Blake Pier on Sundays and Public Holidays. You can also get a ferry from Ma Liu Shui (University KCR). The easiest way to get there, however, is to charter your own junk, or get lucky with an invite!
