BLUE SMOKE BAR-B-QUE

Blue Smoke Bar-B-Que is an urban style bar and restaurant offering an authentic Southern American dining experience in Lan Kwai Fong. Not surprisingly alot of Americans come here to get a taste of being 'back home'.

Blue Smoke Bar-B-Que recreates the authentic atmosphere of the "Deep South" using recycled materials from Tennessee factories and farmhouses: rust iron, concrete slab and antique timber panels. The mixture of light wood tables and dark wood antique chairs and old-style benches creates a casual atmosphere.

Blue Smoke also features floor-to-ceiling windows. The use of natural lighting makes the place very relaxing during the day and at night the windows offer a view over the party streets of Lan Kwai Fong. There is also a Donkey Kong Machine at the corner of the place - Free Credits. And a Southern (US)American restaurant always has a vintage jukebox playing blues, soul and rock'n roll.

Blue Smoke Bar-B-Que,  has an open kitchen where you can watch chefs create the traditional "slow and low" smokehouse cuisine. Customers' favorites include Kentucky style Australian lamb ribs, Memphis-style ribs and Whole Suckling Pig. Additional bar-b-que dishes feature Whole Bar-b-que Turkeys, "Budweiser Beer Can" Smoked USA Chicken and Bar-b-que Platters. There are also a range of side dishes including coleslaw, baked beans, corn bread, mac 'n' cheese, and sweet potato fries. to choose from. However, vegetarian options are quite limited. As for desserts, their homemade Apple Pie is something you cannot miss.

There is a small bar near the entrance. On the "Deep South" drinks menu are popular American beers, signature 14oz frozen Margaritas, bourbon cocktails, lemonade by the pitcher and iced tea. With some hearty bar-b-qued ribs, a Budweiser and some classic Southern rock tunes on the jukebox, Blue Smoke Bar-B-Que really gives you that feel of being in 'Sweet Home Alabama'.
