RICE PAPER

Vietnamese food is pretty damn healthy so even though Rice Paper isn’t officially classified as a healthy restaurant, it still offers fresh and wholesome food which must be good for the body to some extent. What's more, Rice Paper has a few restaurants in different locations and all the venues offer spectacular views and cut-throat interior design as well. You’ll find a branch in the World Trade Centre opposite Hong Kong Yacht Club and one in trendy Harbour City in TST.
With friendly, efficient service and an chic Parisian-Asian ambience, Rice Paper serves up their signature dishes to satisfied customers, which include the sensationally light and tasty chicken and lemongrass salad, the mouth-watering crab and avocado fresh rice-paper rolls, and a delightfully fragrant vegetable curry served with garlic bread. Just make sure you make a reservation — Rice Paper is always booked up. It's not the cheapest but you definitely get more bang for your buck than most places.
