This tiny little shop is a healthy fast food shop selling fresh juices and light burgers. With daily HKD$5 juice and lunch menus starting from HKD$38 for a set, the place is definitely one of the best budget dining locations in Central. They open till 6am on Fridays and Saturday.

Lemon Exchange has newly launched a website http://www.LEMON.hk which provides food delivery via online order.
They have a makeover recently and the food menu is getting more excited. Special set lunch is only $30 with fruit juice. Avocado green salad sandwich ($28) is definitely the healthy choice. Extra $10 to get an orange juice.
Some gourmet dishes like spinach ravioli ($38) and scrambled egg with foie gras sandwich ($48) are freshly made. Definitely value for money!
