KRAZE BURGER
Meaning “Korea + Craze + Burger”, Kraze Burger is well-known for its delicious burger in Korea. Now they are opening their first overseas branch in iSquare!
Although it is a Korean chain, the decor of place is like a typical American gourmet burger bistro. The venue is pretty cool and trendy. It has an open dining area with dark wood table and seats spaciously arranged where you can oversee how the food is prepared through the open kitchen. It is clean and comfortable, hence, a good place for shoppers to take a little rest and try the famous Korean burgers. The menu resembles American pop art, making dining experience there funkier.
The most popular item, K. G. Burger, is hefty and delectable with fresh ingredients, though the sauce is a bit too much which covers most of the flavor of the beef . We also tried the K. O. Sandwich. It is made with baguette, fresh mixed vegetables and fried chicken on the right. The sauce is really good and overall it is really refreshing and delish. The only complaint would be that the Chicken is overcooked and not so tender. When you look around, it is not surprising to find that a lot of people order Chili Cheese fries. The fries, spicy and crispy, are just excellent and something quite funky for westerners. We just wish its size can be bigger at this gourmet burger restaurant. This burger place is also quite vegetarian friendly. They serve a Veggie & Bean Burger which is like its signature ones with the ham replaced with To-fu. This is a sound option for those who are health-conscious or looking for something light.
Overall, this is a satisfying experience. The burger there is up the the American-standard and the fries are made with a big of Korean twist. Eating there is like a safe-adventure in a burger-taste trip.

Yeah, Crazy Burgers more like, my wife and I had just arrived in Hong Kong after a long haul flight and decided to have a light meal. We spotted this eatery in the iSquare centre and ordered two beers, chilli fries and burgers from a waitress called Mae. The beers and fries arrived promptly and then we waited and waited and waited. After 34 minutes had elapsed and seeing people who had arrived long after us eating thier meals I finally got the attention of Mae who informed me shoprtly that she was busy. Another ten minutes passed, by the time my appetite had cooled but not my frustration. This young guy was quick to tell me that it was only to be expected as the burgers were made from scratch. In the menu it stated that the preparation and cooking time was approximately 10 minutes. I then cancelled the rest of the order. Was the deplorable service because we were obviously tourists and the policy was to serve local patrons first?
When I informed the manager that I was not happy about the servce he produced a bag with our burgers to go! The cheeky burger actually gave me his card in case I wanted to complain to head office. I certainly will remember this "flagship" burger bar.
