This chain of Shanghaiese restaurants is popular with the locals, serving fairly low-priced and yet authentic Shanghai dishes. The chef told us they source some of the best and freshest ingredients around. No wonder the Xiao Long Bao is so juicy, the spices in the La Mian so distinct and the chicken in wine so light and tender as well.
