TAPEO
Tapeo provides an informal and relaxed environment where patrons can choose a series of different dishes to accompany a few glasses of Spanish wine or sherry. A highly social environment, Tapeo replicates some of the most fashionable tapas bars across Spain by seating diners next to one another at the bar. Here guests overlook the open kitchen where chefs work to create the most authentic and freshest tapas dishes to order. Our favorite things on the menu are the crispy pork belly with quince alioli, the sardines a la plancha, the sautéed mushrooms al Jerez, the Jamon Serrano which is lighter than the bold and tasty Jamon de Jabugo. One girl we know is addicted to the anchovies (if you like that sort of thing). For dessert we highly recommend the churros and chocolate. The churros are perfectly deep fried and not too oily, nor is the chocolate too sweet.
To complement the food at Tapeo, there are a number of Spanish wine varieties and different Sherries from the region, all available by the glass. This allows diners the freedom to mix and match their wine to suit the flavours of the different dishes.
