The space formerly occupied by M1NT has been transformed into Republik- a warm nightclub lounge which caters to both Hong Kong's cocktail- sipping urbanites and party-loving clubbers.

Split over two levels, Republik’s ground floor comprises of a separate bar, cozy loungers and intimate booths, all complemented by earthy natural elements, including dark timbers, horsehair rugs and stone table tops. The open-front style will make Republic another place to see and be seen in the upcoming Sheung Wan district.

Upstairs, the style is eclectic chic with sleek timber floors, sofa beds, exuberant splashes of color and thought-provoking artwork dotted around the space. Expect the M1NT management to bring a-list DJs and musicians to this brand new place for some awesome gigs, themed parties and special events.

With a promise to serve excellent cocktails, Republik has the Western Australia’s Bartender of the Year in 2007, Matt Radalj as their in house mixologist The after-work crowd will want to take advantage of happy hour deals from 5-8pm and enjoy complimentary canapés and snacks. They also have a proper food menu if you want some snacks or simple dinner.
