M BAR

This is the buzzing epicentre of Hong Kong’s nightlife, set against an animated cityscape backdrop.  Perched on the 25th floor of the hotel with stunning views over the harbour and Hong Kong’s skyline, the stylish M bar has firmly established itself as one of the city’s favourite destinations. With interiors of charcoal velvet and silver leaf, complemented by glass and lacquered walls, the focal point is the sensuous lotus bud-shaped bar flanked by high bar stools. Enticing Cantonese tapas dishes are served alongside an array of champagnes, classic cocktails and M bar’s own tantalising creations. M Bar has an interesting array of molecular cocktails- like cosmopolitans with cranberry foam.

M bar is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Mondays to Fridays and from 5 p.m. until 1 a.m. on Saturdays.  On Sundays and public holidays it opens from 5 p.m. until midnight.
