ARMANI BAR

Sleek and chic, Armani bar is a perfect representation of the Armani brand. With muted tones, modern furnishings and a good location in the heart of the Central business district, Armani is a great choice for a lounge-y after-work drink.

The bar is inside Chater House, a building which holds an entire Armani complex. There's Armani Casa, Armani Fiori and an sprawling Armani clothing shop. It’s kind of strange having a bar inside a mall, but why not? You may need a cosmopolitan after all that shopping!

As you walk into the bar, there’s a forward seating area which feels like it’s part of the mall. Then, you walk through and entrance hallway which has a series of half-moon shaped booths. (each booth can hold up to 8 people). The dark carved wood wall is a nice design feature in this hallway.

Once inside, you have a proper dining area on the right which has several tables. Just past the hallway is a very large rectangular bar which can easily be accessed from anywhere in the space. The far right area has several banquettes lining the walls and a very private glass-enclosed VIP section for special occasions. The lighting at Armani bar is dark and diffused with a few accent spotlights here and there. The whole effect is sophisticated and almost business-like.

On a regular night Armani Bar is a chill-out lounge with a few VIP clients and regulars. On occasion, however, they bring in special DJs or have theme parties which tends to draw in a more clubby, trendy and model-esque crowd.
