If you want a drink with a view, go to Aqua. This stunning venue is all black lacquer, chainmail and red velvet glam. Aqua Spirit is on the 30th floor and has dramatic windows overlooking the harbour and the sparkling city skyline. The music is decent and sometimes they try to have theme nights where they bring in special DJs. The only drawback to this bar is the crowd. Because the venue is in Tsim Sha Tsui, in the heart of the hotel area, this bar has no door policy and therefore has a tacky tourist contingent. Don’t be surprised when you see 60 year old Betty-Lou from Ohio mixed in with some dressed-up locals.
