Returning with the reopening of the hotel, the décor of Chin Chin Bar resembles the old venue. Former patrons may encounter a strong sense of déjà vu on their return to the Chin Chin Bar. At the bar, the eye-catching backdrop of stacked Chinese cupboards has been recreated, as has the original counter with its unique curlicue corners, where bartenders revive classic cocktails. There you can sit on the brown leather bar chairs and chat with their cocktail masters. Apart from their long list of cocktails, the place also offers a good selection of blended and single malt Scotch, bourbons and whiskeys from around the world.

Chin Chin Bar also has a live band performing English, Cantonese and Mandarin tunes every evening. Sitting on the red arm sofas and listening to Cantonese and Mandarin live music in this Chinese-retro lounge is definitely quite a unique experience. Having a drink there is like being in the upscale version of Wong Ka Wai’s movie In the Mood for Love.
