SUNDAY BRUNCH @ MESSINA, HUNG HOM

Starting from July 29 onwards, Messina is serving Sunday brunch set designed by Francesco Greco, the Shanghai Chef of the Year (2009).

The brunch set is a 3-course menu featuring fresh seasonal ingredients. The antipasti is an array of pan roasted seafood and Pachino Tomatoes, San Daniele ham and fresh figs, Cocette of Sicilia eggplants Parmigiana, plus Mozarella Cheese and crispy vegetables salad. The main dish is a choice from Seafood Soup, Pachino Tomatoes, Malvasia wine and Bread Crust; Gragnano’s Mezzi Pacchei with Milk Fed Lamb Ragout;  Oven Roasted Line Caught Sea Bass; or Pan Roasted 300 Days Grain Fed Angus Prime Rib.Putting a perfect full-stop to the delectable meal are some tempting sweet fantasies at their dessert gueridon.

The brunch is $350/ person (includes a dessert but without drinks) or $550/person for free flow of dessert, freshly squeezed juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Those who want to give yourself an extra treat can try their Gragnano’s Linguine Pasta, Live Brittany Lobster and Pachino Tomato Sauce at an additional $250.
