This is one of the best raw food restaurants in the world and is set in a beautiful garden-like setting. There are so many great things on the menu all made with all uncooked vegetables and nuts. Try the Rasyana salad, the raw lasagna, the spring rolls, the Mexican taco cups, or the zucchini pesto pasta. The amazing thing about this restaurant is the consistency of the food. If you order a dish, you will be sure it will taste as good every time as they only use the best organic veggies they can find. Rasayana is also famous for administering colon hydrotherapy in clean, peaceful rooms. The nurses that administer the colonics can massge your stomach for you while the colonic is happening if you wish. There’s also a complete one week fasting and colonics program available to detox your way back to optimum health.  Other services at Rasyana include body scrubs lymphatic drainage massages, infared sauna and Thai Massages. It’s a pity they don’t have a hotel attached to the retreat to make it full service.

HAIR EYELASH EXTENSIONS
If you take the completely covered elevated walkway from MBK across the big boulevard, Phayathai, towards Siam Square it connects to a mall which has several places that have small stalls that do eyelash and hair extensions on the cheap. There are also several places there that do nails and nail art. On the ground floor of this market is a proper salon called where they do brillant color and hair extensions. The extensions cost 1000 Baht per row. There are about 20 in one row and they use really good quality real hair extensions. Some of the staff speaks English.
