POCARI SWEAT YOUR BEACH BEST RECYCLING TOUR

Pocari Sweat take to the beach this summer to promote a greener Hong Kong, can we Hong Konger collect and re-cycle 1 million bottles and cans before the sun sets, the sand castles are built and the tide is high?

Pocari Sweat (the number one health and energy drink in Hong Kong)  and TCOB Media (A Hong Kong based media agency) join hands to promote a recycling and anti littering campaign touring the beaches of Hong Kong. Starting July 4th go along to one of the beaches with an old plastic bottle or cans, in exchange for this you’ll get a fun ride down our giant inflatable beach slide. What better way to spend your summer weekend with your family and friends?

Why people in Hong Kong don’t recycle enough.…mainly due to high cost of land and labour, lack of financial incentives to reduce waste and space limitations.

In today’s world the importance of recycling is becoming a greater concern both for the general public (our younger generation) and also to the economy. The earth’s natural resources are being consumed at a rate faster than ever, thus this reinforces the need for each and every one of us to get educated and to help in educating others. Businesses are now too realizing the problem at hand and the importance of recycling. Recycling along with reducing consumption is our best means to counter the damage we have been doing to the earth for centuries. These habits need to begin now with us and our children.

People want to support companies that have a positive influence in society.  With the combined power and voices of companies and consumers, hopefully the impact of the recycling message can be stronger changing our wasteful habits once and for all.
