1. Writer/ Proofreader

Job description:
Proofreading articles, reviews etc..and correcting errors or rewriting if necessary.

Qualifications:
English should be your first language and you must love to write, be meticulous and proficient in grammar. If you are a foodie or a bar and restaurant conniseur this will help as many of the proofreading will be for the reviews.

2. Advertising Sales

Job Description:
Selling advertising space on our website and creating business relations/awareness of our brand. You will be calling businesses, setting up meetings, presenting our product and will be in charge of follow-up enquiries.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is presentable, fashionable, articulate, enthusiastic about the brand, assertive and passionate about sales. If you speak Cantonese or are a Chinese person educated abroad this is a plus. Sales experience is a plus but not necessary. We are looking for self-motivated people who are self-starters.

3. Brand Ambassadors

Job description:
This is quite possibly one of the most fun jobs on the list. Your job is to go to fabulous parties (usually by guest list only), network and tell people about hiphongkong.com. If you feel like it, you can take some photos and write a short blog about it. This is a non-paying job- but you will be able to attend all the A-list parties and meet everyone.

Qualifications:
The idea candidate is fashionable, presentable, preferably single and young-minded. You must be likeable, friendly, able to speak easily to anyone, and must love people and parties! You are the face of hiphongkong- hip, fun, social, a good connector and the life of the party. We will have periodic training sessions about networking, public speaking etc...

4. IT Expert

Job description:
Freelance IT and SEO work for hiphongkong. As our site experiences growing pains, we will need people to work on and correct certain applications etc..

Qualifications:
Looking for an expert coder/programmer who is well versed in HTML, Search engine optimization, is a Photoshop/Flash guru and has an intuitive sense of design. If you have experience with web video (using Final Cut Pro/ I-Movie or know how to create an optimized video flash file for the web) that is a plus as well.

5. Bloggers

Job Description:
Are you a specialist in something? Are you a foodie, a photographer, a tai-tai extraordinare, are you obsessed with style and shopping, or are you a drinks or music aficionado? Are you a designer, futurist or brand consultant? Are you an expert on sleazy nightlife in Wanchai?

Qualifications:
