HOW TO SUBMIT AN EVENT

1. Register an account with Hiphongkong.com so we know how to get in touch with you in the event of any questions

2. Locate the pink 'Submit Event' button on the right column of the homepage or on the bottom of the calendar month pages and click on it.

3. Give your event a title

4. Locate the event flyers or images on your hard drive and upload them. You may upload up to two images and these images are automatically resized. Do not attempt to load a very large file.

5. Place details, text and additional information in the body field. If your venue is not listed in the drop down menu, then place this information in the body field.

6. Fill in all other details such as cost, website, time the events starts etc.

7. Your event will be looked at by our moderators and if it is appropriate for our audience then we will publish the evnt shortly thereafter.

8. If you have any questions on uploading events or want to send us press releases, video links or images for an event, please send an email to events@hiphongkong.com
