AMO SPA

Amo is the latest spa on Jl. Pettitenget drag where you can have a number of personal body wants and needs catered to, especially the non invasive youth promoting kind by the French brand Debussy. Owner, Navia hails from New York where she modeled and acted before moving out to Bali, so she knows her products and you will see this reflected on the shelving – selected purse sized perfumes, lip moisturizers and skin care products all at reasonable prices.
Aside the regular waxing and mani-pedi options, for indulgence try the Amo scrub in a rainforest shower where you will be scrubbed vigorously (an understatement) with a salt and essential oil combo followed by a massage, heat warming body mask, another massage and a warm rinse off. You will feel utterly polished and revitalized by the time you finish and ready for a fresh juice downstairs in the bar area. Other treatments include an Amo rejuvenating package designed by an orthopedic surgeon utilizing hot stones followed by a deep tissue lomi-lomi and pressure point massage, or just opt for a hot stone muscle relaxing massage. Off to the side of the juice bar there is a salon where James, resident hair designer from Australia offers all cuts, crème baths, colours and highlights. Amo is the only spa to use a natural tonic that will leave your hair healthy and conditioned combating the lime found in Bali water.

The Beaded Boudoir is the most gorgeous sparkly boutique of its kind. Couture made in Bali, shipped to Italy with an occasional one off garment ending up in the Beaded Boudoir.
