Did you know that asthma, allergies, stress, anxiety and sleep disorders can be improved simply by breathing less?

Record-high air pollution levels and intensive long working hours means that Hong Kong can, at times, be a challenging place to work and live. But what if you
could significantly reduce symptoms of breathing difficulties, stress and more, simply by changing the way you breathe?

A revolutionary method called Buteyko’s Method of Breathing Reconditioning allows you to cure symptoms of asthma, allergies, anxiety, sleep apnea, snoring, weight problems, hypertension, chronic fatigue (ME) and more through effective breathing strategies. Buteyko practitioner, Jac Vidgen, who has been teaching the method for over 15 years is in Hong Kong from 6th September - 4th October 2010. Free information talks run from 6th - 13th September. Public workshops
start on 16th September.
