In Alcove, you can find more than 40 styles of Chinese cocktails included our signature cocktail “Alcove” and a new recipe designed base on the taste of Long Island - “ye Shanghai”. “Cixi” is a new sparkling taste like Champaign especially for ladies. Alcove also features a great selection of Chinese Shooters included “Goddess of Moon”, “Bloody Moo” and the combination with four types of wine – “The 4 modernization”.

As an innovative private kitchen, Alcove also presents a special seasonal menu of Traditional Hangzhou Cuisines included their famous “Treasure of Su Dungpo - Golden Jelly Pork”, “The Drunken Phoenix - Crystal Drunken Chicken” and “ Jade – Cold Chinese Lettuce” etc. Since the chef and owner of Alcove Mr. Nicholas Siu is a Nutritionist and Food Scientist, Alcove really care about the balance of taste, nutrition and the traditional style of their foods.
Last, but not least, the interior design and deco of Alcove is full of traditional heritage of China.
